The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across the assigned region, developing strategic sales plans, and leading the regional sales team to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

💰 Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹25 Lakhs per annum

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals

Achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion within the region

Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners

Identify new business opportunities and key accounts

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution
