Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive – B2C is responsible for engaging potential customers through inbound and outbound communication, explaining partnership programs, and guiding prospects through the decision-making and signup process. This role focuses on relationship building, lead follow-ups, and achieving sales and conversion targets through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and motivated by sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls
Explain partnership opportunities, product benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the signup and onboarding process
Maintain daily records of calls, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems
Customer Engagement & Coordination
Build strong relationships with prospects using calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Work closely with the Channel Partner Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
Address customer queries and concerns professionally
Performance & Target Achievement
Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets
Follow defined sales scripts, processes, and best practices
Stay updated on product features, offers, and customer feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2C sales
Franchise selling experience is an added advantage
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of CRM tools
Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
