Job Summary
The Channel Partner Manager – B2C will lead and support the inside sales and partner onboarding team, ensuring smooth acquisition, activation, and engagement of new channel partners. This role focuses on team performance management, sales process improvement, and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience from lead generation through partner activation.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on experience in sales management, coaching teams, and driving conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Supervise, guide, and motivate the inside sales and onboarding team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback
Review team calls, follow-ups, and CRM activities to ensure quality and consistency
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge
Partner Onboarding & Activation
Ensure seamless onboarding of new partners with complete documentation and clear communication
Monitor each partner’s onboarding journey from lead qualification to activation
Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the onboarding process
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Operations team to resolve onboarding or activation issues quickly
Act as an escalation point for complex partner-related concerns
Reporting & Process Improvement
Analyze onboarding and sales data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Prepare and present weekly performance, productivity, and conversion reports
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and conversions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
3–6 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, inside sales management, or team leadership
Proven track record of driving team targets and improving conversion ratios
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Good analytical ability with experience in performance reporting
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and onboarding systems
