Role Overview
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing high-level HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment strategy, campus hiring, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in building a strong talent pipeline, especially through campus recruitment and fresher workforce planning, while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and improve hiring processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
4–5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and campus hiring

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Design and implement effective recruitment and placement strategies, including campus hiring
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:
Job postings
Candidate sourcing and screening
Interviews and selection
Offer management and onboarding
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and fulfill staffing needs efficiently
2. Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding
Plan, organise, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutions
Conduct pre-placement talks, workshops, and employer branding initiatives
Evaluate campus hiring outcomes and improve future hiring strategies
3. HR Strategy & Policy Management
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals
Ensure consistent implementation of HR best practices across departments
4. Employee Relations & Performance Support
Manage employee relations, including engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit-ready records
6. Team Leadership & HR Operations
Guide, mentor, and support junior HR team members
Maintain and update HR records, databases, HRIS, and ATS systems
Oversee employee exit processes, including exit interviews and smooth transitions
