Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and self-driven Marketing Manager who can independently own and execute the complete marketing function. The role demands a strong blend of strategic planning, digital marketing expertise, and hands-on execution across online and offline channels.
The ideal candidate will take end-to-end responsibility for marketing initiatives, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and drive brand visibility, lead generation, and measurable marketing performance with minimal supervision.
3. Brand, Content & Communication
Oversee creation of blogs, emails, social media content, brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across the organisation
Coordinate with internal and external creative teams for design and content delivery
4. Exhibitions, Events & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute marketing activities for exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Support stall layout planning, branding collaterals, and promotional campaigns
Manage pre-event, on-event, and post-event lead coordination
5. Lead Management & CRM Collaboration
Ensure timely lead allocation to territory or sales managers
Track lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and conversion performance
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead follow-up quality and reporting
6. Market Research & Data Management
Conduct competitive analysis, pricing research, and industry intelligence
Prepare market data, scraping insights, and research reports
Support leadership with MIS, dashboards, and performance analytics
7. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor marketing KPIs across digital and offline channels
Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimisation initiatives
Requirements
10+ years of experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B)
Strong expertise in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, analytics)
Ability to independently manage and own marketing functions
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, MS Office, and CRM systems
Solid understanding of website platforms (WordPress, CMS tools)
Strong multitasking ability and deadline-driven mindset
Desirable Skills
Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing
Knowledge of email marketing tools or automation platforms
Creative thinking with strong copywriting skills
Google certifications are an added advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
Salary & Compensation
₹15 – 20 LPA
No upper limit for the right candidate with strong expertise and proven performance

Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies
Plan and implement campaigns for product promotion, lead generation, and brand building
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
2. Digital Marketing
PPC & Lead Generation
Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and paid campaigns
Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROI
Create compelling ad copies and support landing page optimisation
SEO & Website Management
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
Conduct keyword research, content optimisation, and performance analysis
Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain SEO best practices
Manage website updates and optimisation using WordPress or CMS platforms
