Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to execute business development and marketing strategies in the education sector. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, market analysis, and coordination with internal teams to drive growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Execute business development and marketing strategies as defined by management
Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients in the education sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, partners, and stakeholders
Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients
Develop innovative marketing ideas aligned with current industry trends
Analyze market data, prepare reports, and support management decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business plans
Participate in resource mobilization and promotional activities
Undertake state-wise visits for training centers, meetings, and business expansion (if required)
Experience Required
1–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
Freshers may be considered if they possess strong communication skills and learning ability
