Job Summary
We are seeking a GRC Consultant with strong experience in the auditing aspect of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to risk assessments, compliance audits, and internal control evaluations. Candidates must be available to join on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field
Certifications like CISA, ISO 27001, or Risk Management (good to have)
Experience working with GRC tools is an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Perform GRC audits including risk assessment and compliance reviews
Support internal and external audits related to governance and compliance
Evaluate and monitor internal controls and risk frameworks
Assist in identifying compliance gaps and recommending corrective actions
Prepare audit reports, risk registers, and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and industry standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for audit observations and closure
Support continuous improvement of GRC processes and controls
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in GRC, Risk, Compliance, or Audit roles
Strong focus on auditing within GRC
Understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards
Experience with internal audits, compliance audits, and control testing
Good documentation and reporting skills
Strong analytical and communication abilities
