Job Overview
URMPL is seeking a motivated Affiliate / Business Development Manager to strengthen its presence in Peru and Ecuador. The role focuses on identifying buyers, developing business opportunities, and expanding market presence for polymers and textile raw materials.
Submit daily MIS reports and updates to management
Benefits & Compensation
Base Salary: USD 500 per month
Commission: Performance-based commission on sales (terms to be discussed)
Travel Expenses: Reimbursed as per company policy
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
2–3 years of experience in the polymers / petrochemicals industry
Strong communication skills in English and local language
Proven sales ability with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage regional business operations
Timely response to business requirements and correspondence
Reporting & Compliance
Daily reporting to management through MIS
Adherence to company policies and documentation processes
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop buyers and sellers in the Peru–Ecuador region
Promote and sell products including:
Polymers: PET, PVC, PP
Textiles: Yarns & Fibers
Identify additional product opportunities required in the regional market
Visit customers regularly and build long-term relationships
Track industry trends and share market intelligence with management
Represent and promote the company to strengthen regional presence
Work from a co-working space
Interact with industry experts and build professional networks
Ensure timely follow-ups with buyers for requirements and closures
Handle documentation and coordination for all business deals
