Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical & Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Husky HyPET PET injection molding machines. The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and continuous monitoring of high-speed PET injection molding lines to ensure optimal performance, minimal downtime, and consistent production quality.
Machine Experience (Mandatory)
Candidates must have experience with one or more of the following Husky machines:
GL 300 PET P100/110 E120 (G-Line)
HyPET 300 P100/110 E120 (3rd Generation)
HyPET 300 4.0 P100/110 EE120 (4th Generation)
HyPET 5e 300 P100/120 EE120 (5th Generation)
Educational Qualifications
Graduation:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
Post-Graduation:
Not mandatory
Certifications (Preferred):
Husky equipment training
PLC basics
Hydraulic systems certification

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Husky HyPET PET injection molding machines
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Handle hydraulic systems, pneumatics, valves, sensors, and electrical circuits
Work with PLC interfaces and basic PLC troubleshooting
Manage hot runner systems, heating and cooling units
Perform mould installation, removal, cleaning, and calibration
Maintain machine lubrication schedules and preventive maintenance plans
Monitor machine performance and reduce unplanned downtime
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Coordinate with supervisors and production teams for reporting and planning
Experience Required
Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Husky HyPET or similar high-speed PET injection molding systems
Strong practical exposure to PET preform manufacturing environments
