We are seeking an experienced Façade Team Lead to manage and guide a team of façade designers working on UK-based projects. The role involves technical leadership, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality façade design outputs.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 7+ years of experience in façade design
Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, and façade materials
Experience working on UK or international façade projects preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage)
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
🌟 Preferred Skills
Experience in team handling and project coordination
Exposure to BIM-based façade coordination
Understanding of fabrication and installation considerations
Experience Requirements:

Lead and manage a team of façade designers for UK projects
Review façade drawings, design concepts, and technical details
