Position Overview
The Head of Production will lead and align all manufacturing operations across Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, Knitting, and Finishing functions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight to ensure optimal output, cost efficiency, quality excellence, and continuous improvement. The position is a key member of the senior leadership team and plays a critical role in driving operational transformation and scalable growth.
Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in senior production or manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the textile industry.
Strong experience in vertically integrated manufacturing operations.
Proven capability in leading large teams, building organizational structures, and driving operational transformation.
Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and understanding of financial and operational linkages.
Comfortable working with systems, data analytics, and structured performance management tools.
High professional standards, collaborative leadership style, and adaptability to multicultural environments.
Fluency in English is mandatory; experience in multicultural or international settings is preferred.

Production Leadership & Operations
Provide strategic and operational leadership across all production units to achieve output, cost, and quality targets.
Strengthen production planning, scheduling, and inter-department coordination for timely and reliable customer fulfilment.
Ensure operational discipline, efficiency, and consistency across all manufacturing processes.
People & Performance Management
Build leadership depth by mentoring and developing department heads and second-line leaders.
Establish and institutionalize structured performance management systems across production functions.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Capital Projects & Continuous Improvement
Lead capital investment projects from feasibility and planning through execution and implementation.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and process optimization to improve productivity and resource utilization.
Use data, systems, and performance reviews to support informed decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated business objectives.
Provide production insights and operational inputs to support business growth strategies.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained factory environment.
Uphold regulatory, quality, and safety standards across all production units.
