We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment coordination, tracking, and communication with customers and courier partners. The role requires strong coordination skills and basic system handling to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Skills & Requirements
2–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, freight, or coordination roles
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and updates
Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) and related documentation
Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and freight service providers
Maintain shipment records and update systems accurately
Handle basic Excel reports and internal logistics systems
