Position: Field Sales Executive (Exports)

Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 2–4 years (Field Sales – Exports)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and market research

Meet prospective clients, present services, and convert leads into confirmed sales

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiate commercial terms to close deals effectively

Prepare sales reports and share market feedback with the management team

Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, events, and industry interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

2–4 years of proven experience in field sales (exports/logistics preferred)

Prior experience with organizations such as HL, Blue Dart, FedEx, or similar logistics/export companies is preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
