Role Overview
We are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for a large workforce. This is a replacement position, requiring a hands-on professional who can independently handle HR functions, employee relations, compliance, and team management for an organization with 400+ employees.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Prior experience in manufacturing / factory / large workforce environment preferred
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit management
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR policies
Manage attendance, leave, and performance management systems
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management
Lead and supervise the HR team effectively
Maintain HR documentation, records, and MIS reports
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture
Act as a point of contact between management and employees
Handle audits, inspections, and statutory compliance requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in handling large manpower (400+ employees)
Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent people management and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive employee issues professionally
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Hands-on approach with on-site HR operations
