Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Onboarding & Setup / Assist new franchise partners throughout the onboarding process.

Coordinate documentation, agreements, and compliance submissions. Support in setting up operational guidelines, systems, and training schedules. Operational Support Act as the first point of contact for franchise partners for queries, challenges, and operational requirements. Communication & Coordination / Maintain smooth communication between franchise teams and internal departments (HR, finance, marketing, operations) Share updates, policy changes, brand guidelines, and marketing materials with franchisees. Track and resolve issues raised by franchise partners promptly. Monitor franchise performance against agreed KPIs (sales, hiring, service quality, etc.)Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Identify gaps and suggest improvement plans for underperforming franchises.

Training & Support Coordinate training programs for new and existing franchise partners and their teams. Ensure franchise staff is well-versed in business processes and software tools. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate franchise records, agreements, invoices, and performance metrics. Support Ops/Franchise Manager with MIS reports, data analysis, and dashboards.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Strong coordination and follow-up abilities/Good understanding of franchise business models / Ability to handle multiple stakeholders / Proficiency in MS Office / CRM / ERP systems / Analytical mindset with attention to detail / Problem-solving attitude and relationship management skills.

Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration / Operations / Management or related field.

1–4 years of experience in franchise coordination, client service, operations, or business support roles.

Experience in managing multi-location or franchise-based operations is preferred.

Proactive and organized/High accountability and ownership/Professional and customer-centric attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
