Job Title: Partner Development Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

The Partner Development Manager (PDM) will be responsible for building, enabling, and scaling strategic technology and channel partnerships to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and solution differentiation. This role owns partner relationships end-to-end—from onboarding through joint go-to-market (GTM) execution—and ensures measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across regions.

 

Qualifications & Experience

8–12 years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel roles

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in Software Services, IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, or platform-led businesses

Proven success in driving partner-led revenue and pipeline

Experience managing multi-region or global partner ecosystems

Strong understanding of global B2B GTM and co-sell models

Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills with comfort in pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics

Excellent time management, organizational, and relationship-building abilities

High levels of motivation, integrity, initiative, discipline, and commitment

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a global partner strategy aligned with overall business objectives

Identify, onboard, and develop strategic alliances and channel partners

Design and manage partner segmentation and tiering models across regions

Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams

Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs

Track partner performance against defined KPIs and implement corrective actions

Develop and execute joint GTM plans, including services, target accounts, and industry focus

Provide regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team
