Job Overview

As a Profile Data Setup Analyst, you will play a critical role in configuring, analyzing, and managing complex product data for our customers. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, optimized, and timely data setup within Windowmaker software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with structured data, and continuously learning new domains.

Prior exposure to ERP, CPQ, or manufacturing systems

Knowledge of the window and door (fenestration) industry

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer-specific product configurations and translate them into structured data using Windowmaker software

Set up and maintain profile data including reinforcements, glazing, accessories, and rules aligned with industry standards

Analyze data to identify inconsistencies and ensure high-quality outputs that support accurate quoting and manufacturing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Software Development, and Customer Support to deliver complete and tested data setups

Provide training, guidance, and documentation to internal teams and customers as required

Support escalated customer cases related to data accuracy and configuration issues

Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a data-centric or analytical role

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred) or a related technical field

Experience working with product data structures and product lifecycle concepts

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to break down complex product information into structured data components

Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
