About the Role
AIS Technolabs is seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Personal Branding & LinkedIn Growth Specialist to build, scale, and manage the personal brand of company founders across LinkedIn and other professional platforms. This role focuses on thought leadership, inbound lead generation, and global channel partner / franchise growth.
You will play a critical role in positioning leadership as trusted voices in AI, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation, driving visibility, credibility, and business opportunities.
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience managing and scaling LinkedIn personal brands (preferably founders or CEOs)
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
Solid understanding of B2B marketing, inbound lead generation, and content marketing
Good knowledge of the tech, startup, and digital ecosystem
Hands-on experience with tools such as Shield, Taplio, AuthoredUp, Canva/Figma, and analytics platforms
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with franchise, channel partner, or partnership-driven business models
Prior exposure to tech, SaaS, recruitment, or IT services industries
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Buffer, and content planning platforms

Develop and execute a clear, consistent personal branding strategy for founders
Define brand voice, positioning, and content tone aligned with business vision
Build strong founder personas around AI, technology leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship
LinkedIn Strategy & Growth
Create and publish high-value LinkedIn content including thought leadership posts, case studies, stories, and industry insights
Optimize LinkedIn profiles for visibility, authority, and engagement
Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions to increase reach and relationship-building
Implement growth strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and inbound inquiries
Lead & Channel Partner Generation
Generate inbound leads through founder-led personal branding initiatives
Identify and engage potential franchise partners, collaborators, and global clients
Design and execute campaigns to promote franchise and partnership opportunities
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze content performance, follower growth, engagement, and lead metrics
Share weekly and monthly performance reports
Continuously optimize content and growth strategy based on data insights
