Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Perform spa and wellness therapies as per prescribed standards
Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and service quality
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable therapies
Upsell spa packages and memberships where applicable
Maintain treatment records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Work collaboratively with spa managers and reception teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Certified Spa Therapist with hands-on experience
Knowledge of international massage and wellness techniques
Professional appearance with a customer-friendly attitude
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to work flexible shifts
