Job Description
Position: Manager – Banking & Loan Coordination (Female Candidate Preferred)
Location: Head Office – Durg, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 5–10+ Years
Reporting To: Finance Head / Management
Salary: Starting from ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of banking operations and BG processes
Hands-on experience with loan documentation, compliance, and coordination
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle urgent banking matters independently
Prior experience in the infrastructure / road construction sector will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end banking-related work and coordination with banks
Handle loan-related activities and liaison with banks and NBFCs
Prepare, review, and submit all bank and loan-related documentation
Manage Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance, renewal, and closure with banks
Coordinate with credit rating agencies and handle related documentation
Prepare and submit stock statements and other periodic reports to banks
Maintain complete records of loans, banking transactions, and related data
Ensure strict confidentiality of financial and banking information
Proactively resolve banking and loan-related issues on priority
