Experience Requirements:
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with global banking and markets regulations and internal policies
Monitor trading activities across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other capital market products
Review and assess regulatory requirements impacting Global Banking & Markets operations
Provide advisory support to front office, middle office, and operations teams on compliance matters
Conduct surveillance, risk assessments, and control testing related to market conduct
Assist in handling regulatory inquiries, audits, and inspections
Draft and update compliance policies, procedures, and reports
Identify, escalate, and manage compliance risks in a timely manner
Coordinate with global compliance teams and stakeholders
🎓 Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Law, Business, or related field
Relevant compliance certifications will be an added advantage
