Job Purpose
To drive sales growth in embedded system services by acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end technical sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships across domestic and international markets.
Scope of Role
Pre-sales and post-sales activities
Domestic and international business development
Coordination between technical teams and clients
Professional Expertise
Minimum 3+ years of experience in service-based IT sales, embedded systems, or product engineering.
Strong technical understanding of embedded technologies including:
IoT
Imaging systems
MCUs / MPUs
Powertrain
Mobile, Desktop & Web Applications
Cloud Integration & Product Engineering
Proven experience working with international clients and overseas markets.
Experience in building large enterprise deals and strategic sales pipelines.
Technical & Functional Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
Strong negotiation, documentation, and client relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work across time zones and handle international client calls.
Good to have: Exposure to automation, AI tools, or emerging technologies.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
