Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head Chocolatier to lead chocolate production and supervise the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in premium or luxury chocolate production, with hands-on experience in managing quality, processes, and people in a professional chocolate manufacturing environment.
Detailed Work Profile / Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise chocolate production operations.
Manage and train the production team to maintain high-quality standards.
Develop and refine chocolate recipes, formulations, and production techniques.
Ensure consistency, taste, presentation, and premium quality of all products.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.
Monitor raw material usage, production efficiency, and wastage control.
Coordinate with management for production planning and improvements.
Stay updated with global chocolate trends and innovations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Chocolatier, preferably in premium or luxury chocolate brands.
Strong technical knowledge of chocolate processing, tempering, molding, and finishing.
Experience in team supervision and production management.
Ability to work in a high-quality, detail-oriented environment.
International exposure will be an added advantage.
Education Profile
Graduation: Preferred (Food Technology / Culinary Arts / Hospitality or related field)
Post-Graduation: Not mandatory
Special Course: Certification in Chocolatier / Chocolate Making preferred
