Responsibilities:
- Identification, appointment & development of distribution in the territory
- Demand Generation & Brand Building activities with the support of promoters
- Market Mapping
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- To achieve and exceed the assigned sales target for his area.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Experience Requirements:
Skills Required:
Bachelors/Master Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dairy/ Beverage products sales. A candidate with local market knowledge will be highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
