Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. This role plays a key part in strengthening our talent acquisition strategy and supporting organizational growth.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions and role specifications.

Source candidates through multiple channels including internal referrals, job portals, social media, networking, and other platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

Manage interview feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct reference checks and background verification.

Prepare, negotiate, and release offer letters.

Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Employer Branding

Contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
