We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to manage end-to-end sales operations for multiple real estate projects. The role involves handling high-value luxury property sales, managing walk-in clients at project sites, and driving revenue through effective customer engagement and channel partner coordination.

Industry Experience (Mandatory)
Prior experience with reputed real estate companies.
Proven exposure to selling high-value and luxury real estate projects with ticket sizes of ₹15 Crores and above.
Reporting
Reports to Senior Management / Sales Head.
Experience Requirements:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Operations
Manage complete sales and marketing operations for multiple real estate projects.
Drive sales performance for high-value and luxury residential projects.
Client Handling & Site Sales
Handle walk-in customers at project sites and present project concepts effectively.
Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and layouts, and conduct sample flat/site visits.
Attend and manage all sales enquiries related to project information, availability status, and future developments.
Customer & Channel Partner Management
Maintain accurate records of potential customers and leads.
Prepare sales MIS, reports, and performance dashboards.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and channel partners to close deals.
Reporting & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Provide timely updates and reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Skills & Competencies
Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
Presentable personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills
