We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) with strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and proven expertise in distributor management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to appoint new distributors, manage a field sales team, and drive both primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory. This role requires strong market presence, leadership capability, and execution excellence.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Drive primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned territory.
Develop and expand market presence through effective distributor and channel management.
Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors to strengthen market coverage.
Execute sales strategies to support brand launches and market expansion initiatives.
Distributor & Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and secondary sales movement.
Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Conduct regular market visits and joint field working to improve sales effectiveness.
Review team performance and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
Reporting & Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Experience Requirements
5–8 years of overall sales experience in FMCG / Beverages.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Senior Sales Officer in the Delhi NCR region.
Education Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline.
MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.

Proven distributor handling and market development expertise.
Experience in launching or expanding brands is preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
