Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction Equipment, Rock Breakers & Hydraulics
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of spare parts, rock breakers, and hydraulic solutions for excavators, JCBs, and other heavy construction equipment, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships in and around Belgaum.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for:
Excavator, JCB, and heavy equipment spare parts
Rock breakers (complete units and spare parts)
Hydraulic systems, components, and related solutions
Identify and develop new customer accounts, including:
Contractors
Rental companies
Individual machine owners and fleet owners
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and cross-sell business
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Prepare and present daily and weekly sales reports
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to expand market reach
Ensure timely collection of payments and help reduce outstanding receivables
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma (Mechanical or Commerce preferred, but not mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in sales of:
Construction equipment
Spare parts, rock breakers, hydraulics, or related industrial products
Freshers with a strong interest in field sales may also apply
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Two-wheeler required for field visits
