Job description for Executive/Assistant Manager – Product Management ï‚· Update SMS costs from various suppliers & partners in the systemï‚· Cost analysis of premium & wholesale SMS termination routesï‚· Create new operators & update coverage on an ongoing basisï‚· Testing of SMS routes like Country, Network, MCC, MNC from various suppliersï‚· Create new customer accounts & release official pricelists as per sales account managerï‚· Align buy-sell routing & update rates as per the processï‚· Update official mail ids of customers in the system for auto rate commutationï‚· MIS reporting of daily/weekly/monthly traffic of customer’s SMS trafficï‚· Monitoring of Quality of Service of customer’s SMS traffic on daily basisCandidate should have 2-3 year’s experience in the Telecom industry with working knowledge ofMessage hub. Understanding of A2P SMS & routing management is a must. Should know MS Excel,Advance Excel (H lookup, V lookup, left, Right, Mid, Concatenate, Pivot Table, Pivot chart, etc).
