Primary Responsibilities :

Job Title: Costing Analyst – Manufacturing / Production (SAP S/4HANA Mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls for a growing chemical manufacturing business in Georgia, USA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in manufacturing environments and can build scalable financial systems to support business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting
✔ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial statements
✔ Manage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
✔ Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management
✔ Develop KPIs and financial dashboards for operational performance
✔ Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and margin improvement
✔ Implement internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management practices
✔ Partner with operations and plant leadership to improve manufacturing efficiency
✔ Optimize ERP, accounting, inventory, and reporting systems
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✅ 7–10 years of Accounting / Finance experience
✅ 5+ years in Manufacturing, Chemical, Industrial, Materials, or Process Manufacturing
✅ Strong expertise in GAAP, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls
✅ Hands-on experience in Cost Accounting and Manufacturing Finance
✅ Experience with Inventory Accounting, Standard Costing, and Variance Analysis
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

 

Experience Requirements:

Female candidate of Filipina nationality.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other administrative tools.

Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
