- Looking for an enthusiastic and passionate juice bar Assistant for Entry and Executive level who loves mixing fruits to create healthier beverage alternatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must have good knowledge of Serving and handling Walk-in Clients.
- Responsible for preparation of the whole menu.
Responsible for regarding the preparation and managing the outlet at times.
Must have the passion of blending fruits to create innovative recipes.

Experience Requirements:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
- Serve fresh juices, smoothies, and snacks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
Juice and Smoothie Preparation:
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
- Handle and prepare fruit and vegetable ingredients efficiently and hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice bar area.
Cash Handling:
- Process customer transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Ensure proper change and receipts are given to customers.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Alert the supervisor or manager when stock levels are low or when orders need to be replenished.
- Ensure that all ingredients are stored properly to maintain freshness.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the juice bar area, including equipment and countertops.
- Sanitize tools, equipment, and work surfaces regularly.
