Primary Responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, maintain, and upgrade the on-board IT infrastructure of vessels, including laptops/desktops, printers, storage systems, and networking & communications devices in office and on board.
- Provide remote IT support and on-board support on vessels when required.
- Maintain IT security and provide backup solutions.
- Liaise with vendors, email providers, and other IT personnel for problem resolution or procurement.
