Job Description: Sales Consultant - Cyber Security

Responsibilities and Duties:

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Information Technology - Network Security.
    • Sales certification from vendors such as Checkpoint, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Web Security, Client Security, DNS Security, Email Security, Advanced Security Solutions, Monitoring Solutions, and Corporate Cyber Security Policy and Management.
    • Cloud security knowledge is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with security products like Sophos, Cisco, Fortinet, CheckPoint, McAfee, Juniper, etc.
    • Experience in technical support for large-scale cybersecurity projects and mission-critical infrastructures is a plus.
    • Understanding of cybercrime and IT fraud (Spoofing, Forged Email, Phishing sites) is beneficial.
  • Industry Standards and Best Practices:
    • Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.


Experience Requirements:

Skills:

  • Proactive and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in writing technical proposals.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure WFCC cybersecurity solutions are implemented in production environments and become the preferred choice for strategic customers.
  • Liaise with the presales team for consultation, designing, and sizing cybersecurity solutions for customers.
  • Prepare proposals and technical documents in collaboration with the presales team.
  • Manage accounts and support mitigation efforts.
