Detailed Work Profile The Production Manager is an integral part of the operations leadership staff and is responsible for coordinating activities of workers engaged in the fabrication of sheet metal products, structural steel skids and copper parts. Develops, implements, and monitors processes designed to build an ever-improving quality of products, safely, on time and under budget Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor; eliminate any unsafe operations and ensure a safe and clean product environment.
• Experience in Tower Fabrication
• Expertise in drawings study and interpretation.
• Having Experience in Galvanising.
• Having experience in manpower handling and labour management.
• Determines processing needs to assure fixtures, tooling and methods are provided to meet schedules and production requirements.
• Daily tie-in with production management to designate workload, priorities and sequence for work assigned.
