Primary Responsibilities :
Responsible for sales growth in the region and focus sector for the company
· Well experienced in pricing with market rates of various shipment both local &
international, air/ ocean freight shipments.
· Handling Pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation of Export & Import.
Co-ordination with shipping line and CHA regarding shipments.
· Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region.
· Sharing quotation with the customer based on their enquiry on time and closing the
business with good revenue generation.
· Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and
grow the target customers.
· Responsible for negotiating, maintaining, and updating tariffs for worldwide
destinations on our technology backed tariff management & shipment booking
portal.
· Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts, Customs Brokers, Transport
Vendors, Port Authorities Other Vendors to ensure competitive pricing is sourced
and fed in system.
· Getting Carrier to sign up as registered vendor with cargoes.com, DPW’s digital e2e
initiative.
· Maintain and develop excellent vendor relationship with an objective of most
competitive pricing available.
· Develop strong understanding of the business of Critical customers to aid customer
retention.
· Ensure effective communication with Commercial and Operations teams on any
opportunities, challenges, and alternative options for the division.

ï‚· Strong communication and customer service skills.
ï‚· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
ï‚· Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
ï‚· Prior experience in logistics or related field with in depth pricing knowledge is a
plus.
