Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior):
- Expert in analyzing and providing corrective actions for design flaws.
- Preferable experience in Flowserve mechanical seals designs. It will be an added value for a design engineer to have excellent knowledge in Flowserve seals and experience with companies like John Crane and Eagle Burgmann.
- Technical background in mechanical seals troubleshooting is required.
- Capable of working with 3D CAD software such as Solid Edge or similar.
- Experience working with project departments for new mechanical seals selection and recommendation.
