Primary Responsibilities :
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Directly responsible for all kitchen function and operation including food
Purchasing, preparation, maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and
Cleanliness.
 Responsible for the training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation,
presentation, plate presentation portion and cost control and sanitation and
cleanliness. Provide a positive and enthusiastic environment.
 In charge to hire a new staff and ensure that the company standards are
upheld, every order are looks good same as the first order to last order that
comes out of the kitchen.
 Hit the books by keeping tabs on food cost, waste and employee hours, doing
their best to optimize profit for the company and create the best dining
experience.
 Make all the kitchen reports done, weekly inventory, ordering, par level, par
stocks update versus the daily sales. Monthly profit and loss report, daily time
record of the staff for the payroll.
