Objectives of the Position:
To plan, execute, and monitor all functions of the company, Gurugram Laboratory to carry out testing and evaluation of Transformer Oil, Energy Meter, and Electro-technical Calibration.

Experience Description:
- BE - Electrical full-time from a reputed institute with a minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing electrical products like Transformers / Instrument Transformers or working experience at a National Laboratory accredited by ISO:17025-2017 or R&D Centre in the field of electrical engineering of repute will be preferred. Experience in a testing laboratory, preferably in Transformer Oil testing or other electrical products like CT/PT.

Job Description / Responsibilities / List of Activities:
- Coordination with ERDA-HO for all activities of the section and coordination with all support function sections like Purchase, Administration, HR, BD, Civil, IT, and CRM for activities related to ERDA-North.
- Planning, managing, and supervising testing, calibration, and other day-to-day activities.
- Planning and preparation of annual revenue and capital budget in consultation with HOS.
- Identifying new test requirements and planning and developing new test facilities based on requirements.
- Project planning and resource planning based on requirements.
- Planning and managing all requirements of ISO/IEC: 17025-2017.
