Objectives of the Position:
To plan, execute, and monitor all functions of the company, Gurugram Laboratory to carry out testing and evaluation of Transformer Oil, Energy Meter, and Electro-technical Calibration.

• BE – Electrical

Experience Range:

• 12 Years and above

Experience Description:

• BE - Electrical full-time from a reputed institute with a minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing electrical products like Transformers / Instrument Transformers or working experience at a National Laboratory accredited by ISO:17025-2017 or R&D Centre in the field of electrical engineering of repute will be preferred. Experience in a testing laboratory, preferably in Transformer Oil testing or other electrical products like CT/PT.

Job Description / Responsibilities / List of Activities:

1. Coordination with ERDA-HO for all activities of the section and coordination with all support function sections like Purchase, Administration, HR, BD, Civil, IT, and CRM for activities related to ERDA-North.
2. Planning, managing, and supervising testing, calibration, and other day-to-day activities.
3. Planning and preparation of annual revenue and capital budget in consultation with HOS.
4. Identifying new test requirements and planning and developing new test facilities based on requirements.
5. Project planning and resource planning based on requirements.
6. Planning and managing all requirements of ISO/IEC: 17025-2017.
