- Quickly achieve intimate knowledge of stone or Marble products, value proposition, and positioning.

Market & Competitor Survey for the product (Quartz Surfaces/ Quartz Countertops).

Maintain a high awareness and understanding of the market. Develop a concrete sales plan with a clear plan to attack allocated segments/territories.

Generate outbound efforts by implementing strategies to bring direct clients.

Meet lead generation targets and focus on sales targets as established by management.

Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product samples and presentations.

Work on leads assigned from Head Office, India with maximum conversion.

Work on CRM for account management and client database.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
