Job Description: Country Sales Manager
Salary Range: 15-20 lakhs per annum
Base Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Job Responsibilities:
Leadership Development:
- Drive leadership development initiatives, including account plan preparation, execution, and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet objectives.
Revenue Achievement:
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned distributors, accounts, and regions.
Sales Promotion:
- Increase sales volume by driving sales promotions, campaigns, and contests launched by the Global/APAC team.
- Ensure key benefits are communicated effectively to the end of the distribution chain.
Event Management:
- Organize and conduct large-scale motivational and informational events, trainings, and workshops for distributors.
- Create awareness, impart knowledge, and build momentum for incremental business growth.
Program Development:
- Develop region-specific programs, promotions, and initiatives to drive sponsorship rates, new joiner activations, title progression, and leadership pipeline development.
Business Model Understanding:
- Build a thorough understanding of the business model and compensation plan.
- Coach field leaders effectively on these aspects.
Business Planning:
- Conduct regular business planning and goal-setting sessions with senior and emerging leaders.
- Track and drive performance to meet monthly and quarterly budgets.
Issue Resolution:
- Resolve field-related issues for primary and secondary sales to deepen market penetration and reach.
Strategic Development:
- Develop competitive business development strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure healthy ROI to make the business viable.
Strategy Implementation:
- Understand and apply Healy’s vision and strategies to the market.
- Communicate and implement these strategies within the field.
Policy Implementation:
- Ensure consistent implementation of Healy’s policies, principles, and philosophy.
- Safeguard the company's image.
Performance Tracking:
- Track key performance indicators for the sales team and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze key performance reports (Active member count, productivity, recruiting, leadership pipeline count, personal and team sales trends, etc.).
Feedback Provision:
- Provide sales force and consumer feedback to the Managing Director.
Field Morale:
- Maintain positive field morale within the region through inspirational leadership and recognition.
