Logistic Executive

Managing the complete logistic functions (Import / export) and domestic movements of goods & warehouse
operation (Third Party Logistic / Own Warehouse).
ï‚· Coordination with CSP team for providing them negotiated rates for International / domestic shipments
ï‚· Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
ï‚· Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements & plan work rotas, assign tasks
appropriately and appraise results

Inventory Management – Monthly stock taking & stock reconciliation
ï‚· Finalizing contract with nominated Freight forwarding, logistic companies & 3PL for desired service &
expectations
ï‚· Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
ï‚· Prepare daily GRN,Outward,Imports/Export DSR and send to the CS team.
ï‚· Should have understanding of material packaging for no damage & safe deliveries. Also, able to manage
floor team for daily outward picking and packing of goods.
ï‚· Understanding how to generate E waybills
ï‚· Prepare Daily tracking report for outward and inward shipments & need to send to CS team. Making sure
that all outwards are delivered to the customer on time.
ï‚· Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities (Invoice / Packing list,
in/out checklist, POD copy/docket, E-way bill for in and out)
ï‚· Maintaining all relevant documents as per the ISO requirements.
ï‚· In case of Damage/lost/short shipment, responsible for lodge the complaint with insurance company on
immediate basis.
ï‚· Sole responsible for all custom clearance activities like BOE Filling, Duty payment, E-way bill and timely
delivery.
ï‚· Sole responsible for checking and approving invoices from transporters, CHA, Freight forwarders, Courier
companies and 3PL warehouse based on their agreement.

  ï‚· Should have knowledge of Import / Export documentation & process
  ï‚· Understanding of dealing with freight Forwarding companies for international shipments
  ï‚· Strong understanding of working with Local Transport companies and must have strong negotiation skills
  ï‚· Strong Team player as require multi-tasking / multi-dimensional working
  ï‚· Managerial skills as this person needs to manage warehouse team (Warehouse supervisor/ Picker / Packer
  Team)
  ï‚· Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  ï‚· Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  ï‚· Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
  ï‚· Candidate from chemical industry and having experience of handling DG/Non-DG goods will be an
  advantage

Should have at least 3-5 years of working experience in Handling Logistic functions, Supplying chain and
warehouse management.
