Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Collect and process cash and credit card payments from customers.
- Calculate and provide change quickly and efficiently.
- Register sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers’ purchases.
- Bag purchases.
- Handle returns and refunds as necessary.
- Maintain cash control over the register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean and tidy.
