Summary 

• Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.
• Responsible for setting up Dealers & Distributers Channel in the assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell company products to current and potential customers
• Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers and no. of contacts to be made
• Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Dealers, Distributors, Carpenters, and Fabricators.
• Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
• To develop market potential and growth of company as business prospective.  
• To expand dealer channel for specific area to growth business volume aspects.
• Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
• Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
• Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
• Ensure payments are received by due date
• Any other duties assigned as deemed fit by the Management from time-to-time

 Qualifications

• Preferably should hold a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• 4-7 years of responsible sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have experience in appointing and working with dealer and distributor networks.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public
